What we collect
The only information we collect is what you send via email or tell us on the phone:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The town you're in
- Whatever you write in the "What's going on?" box
- Any photos you choose to attach—these are always optional
We don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't ask you to accept cookies, because we don't set any.
About the photos
Photos are optional. If you send them, we use them for one thing: to understand the job before we come out, so we arrive prepared with the right tools and materials.
We will not publish a photo of your home, post it on social media, or use it in any advertising unless you tell us in writing that we can. If we'd like to use a photo of finished work, we'll ask you first, and "no" is a perfectly fine answer.
How long we keep things
We keep inquiry messages and any attached photos for up to two years, so we can look back at what you originally asked for if you call us again. Records tied to work we actually performed—estimates, invoices, and job notes—are kept for seven years, because tax and business rules require it.

Who else sees it
We don't sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We don't share it with marketing companies. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Fonts on this site
The type on this website is served by Google Fonts. When your browser loads a page here, it requests those font files from Google, and that request includes your IP address. We don't receive that information and we don't use it for anything, but we'd rather tell you than not.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
